TERMS & CONDITIONS
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
We deliver between 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). We do not offer delivery time slots. Business addresses may request by 5pm.
If you wish to send bouquets to multiple addresses, then you need to order each bouquet separately so that we have the correct delivery details. For multiple orders to the same address, please add necessary quantity to the cart.
We design the daily bouquets in advance, however we buy the flowers daily from the market. Therefore, occasionally a particular flower variety in the bouquet may be substituted for another flower that is of equal or of greater value.
We guarantee our flowers to be at their best for at least 5 days if following the instructions on our care card.
If you are unhappy with the condition of the flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours.
Further to the clause above, If you sign up to a fortnightly or monthly subscription, the bouquet will not stay fresh for fourteen or thirty days respectively. Once during each subscription period, we are happy for you to skip a week, a fortnight or a month. Please provide us with 7 days notice and we will add the missed bouquet onto the end of your subscription period.
WEDDING PACKAGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The minimum order for our wedding flowers is one of our three standard packages (eg. Bride + Groom, Groom + Groom and Bride + Bride)
Our wedding delivery service is available Monday - Saturday only. Please note we are closed on Sunday. Additionally we are not available for weddings between 23rd December 2018 - 8th January 2019, 14th February 2019 and 11th March 2019.
We cannot guarantee any specific flower varieties. We use seasonal blooms and create designs in the signature Mud style.
Delivery for all items inclusive of bouquets, buttonholes and table centres must be to a single address with a G postcode.
All orders for wedding flowers MUST be received at least 7 days in advance of your wedding date. We need to time to make magic happen.
If you book your wedding flowers on a date that we have listed as CLOSED on. We will refund 100% of your wedding.
If your wedding is cancelled for any reason, please provide at least two weeks notice and we will refund 80% of your payment.
If the date of your weddings changes, please contact us via email to see if we are available on your new date. If not, we will refund 80% of your payment.
